Lauren L. Clouse is a graduate of University of Dayton School of Law. Ms. Clouse’s primary practice focuses on family law and domestic relations. Ms. Clouse began practicing law in 2008 for a solo practitioner in Springboro, Ohio. Shortly thereafter, she assumed that law practice and formed Clouse Law Firm Co., LPA. In addition to practicing family and juvenile law, she practiced in the areas of probate work, criminal defense, small business law, estate planning and other general civil litigation. Ms. Clouse is highly experienced and successful in the litigation process including, trials, motion hearings, settlements and negotiations.
In January of 2014, Ms. Clouse joined Surdyk, Dowd & Turner to join their civil litigation team and also to expand the firm’s practice areas to include domestic relations, juvenile and probate work. In March of 2016, Ms. Clouse ran for Domestic Relations Judge in Warren County Ohio and was supported by many residents and professionals in the community, as evidenced by the close finishing results. Ms. Clouse resumed Clouse Law Firm Co., LPA in May of 2016, where she continued to practice in her areas of expertise. Ms. Clouse is active in the legal community and respected by her peers and local Judges and Magistrates.
Ms. Clouse offers expertise in high-conflict custody cases and complex divorce litigation. Further, serving as a Guardian ad Litem and making recommendations to the Courts gives her the knowledge and experience to adequately advocate for her clients. Her compassion and years of experience further offer each client the attention and care they need during the most difficult time of their lives.
